We find inspiring venues that match the requirements of each individual brief; providing available options, detailed costs and the best, negotiated rates applicable for each booking.

Event planning:

Liaising with hotels and other suppliers in the event planning stage, we compile a detailed working schedule and handle all queries. We reconcile and check all final accounts as well.

 Delegate liaison:

Receiving questionnaires and travel details, we confirm personalised arrangements to delegates; we compile rooming lists, pre-registration details and transfer manifests.

 On-site staffing:

Our staff fulfill all on-site duties, from overseeing your programme, venue liaison, delegate registration and exclusive check-in, delegate arrivals/ departures to admin/ office assistance.

Project and freelance work:

Administrative support, database inputting and administration and project planning. On-site event management and support offered on freelance fee basis
